What kinds of luggage can I buy here?

Hard-side polycarbonate cases such as TUMI 19 Degree, ballistic-nylon softside cases such as TUMI Alpha and Briggs & Riley Baseline, lightweight nylon such as TUMI Voyageur Léger, wheeled duffels such as the Eagle Creek Cargo Hauler and Briggs & Riley ZDX Upright Duffel, and garment bags from TUMI Alpha. Does London Harness offer free shipping?

Yes. Orders of $250 or more ship free. Most orders ship directly from the Wellesley store, and online orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours with tracking sent when the order ships.

Is monogramming free?

Yes, one line of monogramming is complimentary, and it does not add processing time. For additional lines, contact the store.

Can you special-order a TUMI style or color?

Yes. The store says it can special-order the TUMI styles and colors you want if they are not in stock in Wellesley.

What is the return policy?

Unused items in new, resalable condition can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Email service@londonharness.com for a Return Authorization Number first. Return shipping is paid by the customer, original shipping is not refunded, and refunds go to the original payment method; allow 5 business days for processing.
