Where is London Harness?
London Harness is at 45 Central Street, Wellesley, MA 02482, in Wellesley Square. TUMI Wellesley is inside the same store. Plan your visit.
What are the store hours?
Monday to Saturday 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Sunday 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Early-morning and evening appointments are available by request: call 781-237-5950.

Yes. Call 781-237-5950 or use the appointment form with a preferred date and time plus one alternative; the store confirms by phone or email. Early-morning and evening appointments are available.

Is London Harness a TUMI store?
Yes. London Harness is home to TUMI Wellesley, the first TUMI store in Wellesley, MA, carrying TUMI luggage, backpacks, bags and accessories. TUMI styles and colors not in the store can be special-ordered.
Can you special-order a TUMI style or color?
Yes. The store says it can special-order the TUMI styles and colors you want if they are not in stock in Wellesley.
Shipping & pick-up
Does London Harness offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $250 or more ship free. Most orders ship directly from the Wellesley store, and online orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours with tracking sent when the order ships.
Can I pick up an online order in the store?
Yes. Choose Local Pick Up at checkout. You will get an email when the order is ready, and it is held at the store under your name.
Returns & exchanges
What is the return policy?
Unused items in new, resalable condition can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Email service@londonharness.com for a Return Authorization Number first. Return shipping is paid by the customer, original shipping is not refunded, and refunds go to the original payment method; allow 5 business days for processing.
Which items cannot be returned?
Monogrammed and other personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, and all sale merchandise is non-refundable.
Can I return an online order in the store?
Yes. Online purchases can be returned or exchanged at the Wellesley store, within the same 30-day policy.
Monogramming
Is monogramming free?
Yes, one line of monogramming is complimentary, and it does not add processing time. For additional lines, contact the store.
What font, sizes and colors are used for monograms?
Initials are stamped in Times New Roman capitals without periods. Small leather goods get about 1/4" letters, larger bags about 1/3" and the largest duffels about 1/2". Popular colors are Gold, Silver, Gun Metal and Blind (burned into the leather, with no color). Other colors may be available on request.
Can you add a company logo?
Yes. Custom logos and designs need a special stamp at an additional cost. Contact the store with your request.
Gifts & brands
Do you help with corporate gifts?
Yes. Owner Demian Wendrow personally guides corporate clients, whether the order is for five people or five hundred, with monogramming, engraving, gift wrapping and shipping. Call 781-237-5950.

How long has London Harness been in business?
London Harness traces its roots to 1776 and describes itself as the country’s first luggage retailer. A 1905 Boston theatre programme lists the London Harness Company at 200 Devonshire Street. Co-owners Demian Wendrow and Amy Lynch have worked together since 2001.
